okay, so my list looks a lot like the two of yours... from Evas i purchase absolutely everything, except not Edy's ice cream, i eat the slim a bear sandwiches and fudge bars.
taylor...i'm a vegetarian so other than the meat i purchase all of the things on your list...i'd add high fiber cereal, string cheese like you talked about on the show, whole grain crackers, and low calorie dip for the veggies. :) great show!!
